Award ceremony for 2024 Texas Invitational Art Show and Sale was Thursday, March 21.
Awards went to:
- 1st Place/Best in Show was Carla D’Aguanno for “Blustery Afternoon”
- 2nd Place was Margaret Drake for “Comanche Song”
- 3rd Place was Kim Hill for “My Boots”
- Honorable Mention was Ray Goodrow for “Riding High”
- People’s Choice was a tie between Ray Goodrow for “Riding High” & Daryoush Ababaf for “Wildlife”
- Directors Choice was David Godfrey for “Rodeo Road”

2024 Texas Invitational Art Show & Sale is open in the Western Art Gallery through March 23, 2024.
We have many incredibly talented Texas artists showing samples of their work for public viewing and sale.

Professor Laura Briseno will be selecting top pieces from student classes to showcase in our Western Art Gallery for a limited time.
